Coaching or therapy?

Both can be helpful, but they are not the same.

Therapy often focuses on healing from past wounds, mental health treatment, diagnosis, and deeper emotional processing with a licensed professional.

Coaching is more future-focused and goal-oriented. It offers encouragement, accountability, support, mindset work, personal growth, and help moving forward when life feels overwhelming, stuck, or unclear.

Think of it this way: therapy may help you unpack the suitcase. Coaching helps you prayerfully consider where you want to go next, take one step forward, and remember you do not have to travel alone.
